Graver la Lumiere

Graver la Lumiere is the title of an exhibition and catalogue of the works done by Jon Goodman and Jon Goodman~Photogravure over the course of 25 years. The exhibition was produced by the Fondation William Cuendet & The Atelier de Saint Prex at the Cabinet cantonal des estampes at the Musée Jenisch, Vevey, Switzerland. The catalogue was conceived and realized by Florian Rodari, Jean Genoud, and Katherine McCready and published by the Fondation William Cuendet & The Atelier de Saint Prex. The publication of the catalogue was in part underwritten by The Banque Lombard Odier & Cie. and a generous gift of an anonymous donor.

75 deluxe copies were produced:

25 copies accompanied by 2 original dust grain photogravures by Jon Goodman: Hadley Cabbage 1995 and Leaning Tree, Saint-Prex, 1985, and one original dust grain photogravure by Pietro Sarto: L'Incendie du Château de La Sarraz 2002.

50 copies accompanied by one original dust grain photogravure by Jon Goodman: Hadley Cabbage, 1995 and one original dust grain photogravure by Pietro Sarto: L'Incendie du Château de La Sarraz 2002.

The exhibition was held at the Musee Jenisch, Vevey, Switzerland from Sept 20, 2002 to March 2, 2003.
